 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following items:

Unused, undamaged candles in original condition

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

Unopened and unused

In original packaging

Free of scents, residue, or damage

We do not accept returns on:

Used candles, opened oils, or half used products. 

Sale items or promotional bundles

Digital products, readings, or downloadable content.

 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or denial.

Approved refunds:

  • Are issued to the original payment method

  • May take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 10 minutes of purchase. After this window, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already begun processing.
